The religious texts preach love and harmony, none of them speak about violence.

I will highlight a verse from Bhagvad Gita the holy book of the Hindus :

Krishna says in the Bhagavad Gita, "I am the same to all beings, and my love is ever the same; but those who worship me with devotion, they are in me and I am in them."

1) Practice meditation

Meditation is a powerful tool for connecting with your inner self. By taking a few minutes each day to sit in stillness and silence, you can learn to quiet your mind and listen to the wisdom within.

2) Listen to your intuition:

Your intuition is the voice of your inner guru. Learn to trust your instincts and pay attention to the feelings that arise within you. They may guide you towards the right path.

3) Practice self-reflection:

Spend time reflecting on your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. This can help you gain insights into your inner self and uncover your deepest desires and passions.

4) Read spiritual texts:

There are many spiritual texts that can help you connect with your inner guru, such as the Bhagavad Gita, the Tao Te Ching, or the works of Rumi. These texts can provide guidance and inspiration on your spiritual journey.

5) Connect with nature:

Nature has a way of grounding us and connecting us with our inner selves. Spend time outdoors, whether it's a walk in the park or a hike in the mountains, and allow yourself to be present in the moment.

Remember, connecting with your inner guru is a lifelong journey. Be patient and kind with yourself, and trust that the wisdom you seek is already within you. Also, be conscious of Awe.

As you look for Awe, and feel Awe and wonder in your life, it will lead you to a deeper connection with your inner guru.
